2. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, you confirm you hold full legal authority to act as their guardian and accept liability for all orders placed.
3. You warrant all contact, shipping, payment, and personal information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account with false or fraudulent details.

2. Account Responsibilities

1. When you create a customer account, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your login email and password. All orders, uploads, and actions made under your account are your legal responsibility.
2. Notify hello@zoeglow.com immediately if you detect unauthorized login, account hijacking, or suspicious activity. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
3. You may only hold one personal customer account. Multiple duplicate accounts created to bypass promotions, refund rules, or dispute limits may be permanently disabled without notice.

3. User Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property Rules

3.1 Copyright Ownership of Your Uploads

• Process, edit, crop, resize, print, engrave, and manufacture your custom goods;
• Store your media temporarily for order fulfillment;
• Use finished product photos (blurred personal text/names) for website gallery, social media marketing, and product showcase, unless you explicitly email hello@zoeglow.com to opt out of marketing usage.

3.2 Prohibited Upload Content

• Copyrighted stock photos, celebrity images, or third-party artwork you do not own rights to;
• Offensive, violent, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal imagery/text;
• Trademarked brand logos, official government symbols, protected characters without licensing permission;
• Content invading another person’s privacy without their consent.

4. Order Placement, Pricing & Payment Terms

1. All listed product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise marked. Shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in base product prices.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors, remove discontinued products, adjust sale discounts, or update pricing without prior notice before checkout completion. If a clear price mistake appears on your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the purchase.
3. Payment is processed fully at checkout via third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card data. All charges are final once production commences, subject only to the refund rules listed in our separate Refund Policy.
4. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for order total, including shipping and any applicable surcharges (rush production fees, bulk custom surcharges). Failed payments may result in automatic order cancellation.
5. Promotional discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in promotion rules. Discounts are non-transferable and void on past orders.

5. Custom Product Production & Order Modifications

1. Every item sold at ZoeGlow is made-to-order personalized pet memorabilia. Production begins after payment confirmation and design finalization. Standard and rush production timelines are defined in our Shipping Policy.
2. Modification requests (photo swap, text edit, size change) must be emailed to hello@zoeglow.com within 12 hours after order submission. Once manufacturing starts, no edits, address changes, or design adjustments can be guaranteed.
3. Minor visual variations (screen color difference, subtle material texture, slight print alignment differences) are standard for handmade/custom printed goods and do not qualify for free remakes or refunds. Refer to our Refund Policy for full defect eligibility rules.

1. Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts to copy product data, pricing, customer information, or mass-place fake orders;
2. Interfere with website server function, inject malicious code, exploit site vulnerabilities, or attempt to breach security systems;
3. Submit false refund claims, fake damage evidence, or create duplicate orders to abuse our customer support policy;
4. Resell, redistribute, or wholesale our custom products without a formal wholesale agreement approved via hello@zoeglow.com;
5. Use our platform to send spam, harassment, threatening messages to our support team or other customers.
    
   We reserve full rights to block IP addresses, terminate user accounts, and pursue legal remedies for violation of this clause.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. ZoeGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or emotional damages arising from delayed delivery, minor print imperfections, color variation, lost packages, or customer misuse of finished products.
2. Our total maximum financial liability for any single order dispute shall never exceed the full purchase amount you paid for that order.
3. We do not guarantee our website will operate 100% uninterrupted at all times; temporary downtime for maintenance, server updates, or third-party service outages shall not create grounds for compensation or refunds.
4. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from zoeglow.com (social media, payment gateways, shipping carrier sites). External sites operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies.

1. Any disagreement, claim, or dispute between you and ZoeGlow shall first be resolved via email mediation at hello@zoeglow.com before formal legal action is initiated.
